First-Time Customers

Provide a valid tax ID number with your first order.

First-time orders require payment by credit card or prepaid by check (NO COD).

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards will be charged only upon shipping.

Prepayment by company check is accepted and must include freight charges. Orders prepaid by check will ship upon bank clearance.

Application for Net 30 terms is available for reorders. Approval requires submission of four trade references (contact name, address, phone, and email).

Invoices past due by more than 30 days are subject to a 5% late fee per month. Net 30 terms are not available for accounts 45 days past due.

Reorders on delinquent accounts will not be shipped until the account is current.

Order Minimums

First-time order minimum: $150.

Reorder minimum: $150.

Lead Time

Standard lead time: 5–7 days.

After major wholesale events: 2–3 weeks.

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Miami, FL, via USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

Expedited shipping options (FedEx, DHL, etc.) are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

Shipping charges are based on actual weight and may include packing and handling fees.

Damage or Short Shipments

Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

Report any damages or shortages to Customer Service within 7 days. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

Returns and Cancellations

Notify Customer Service of returns within 7 days of receipt to obtain authorization. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations must be made within 5–7 days of order confirmation. Cancellations after this period may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Backorders
-

Backorders exceeding $75 may be shipped automatically within 4 months unless cancelled.

Please indicate at the time of order if you do not wish to receive backorders.

Drop Shipments
-

Available for single shipments totaling $100 or more.

-
A $7 handling fee applies to all drop shipments.

Custom Orders
-

Custom orders for new designs or colors may require minimum quantities and additional charges. Contact Customer Service for details.

Substitutions

Products with multiple colors are packed assorted. Specific color requests are considered custom orders. Substitutions may occur if standard colors are unavailable.
